Tailor a CV to a specific job -
it is vital to ensure the script is relevant to each job application, rather than sending the same generic CV.

Keep it simple -
it should be easy to read and use active language. Two pages of A4 is enough with a mini profile included in the first half page of the CV.

Include key information -
personal details, including name, address, phone number, email address and any professional social media presence should be clear. A date of birth is no longer needed, owing to age discrimination rules. A photo is only essential for jobs such as acting and modelling, otherwise it is a matter of choice.

Showcase achievements -
offer evidence of how targets were exceeded and ideas created, but always be honest.

Check and double check -
avoid sloppy errors, take a fresh look the next day and ask for a second opinion from a trusted friend or colleague.

Rate of pay: Between £10.00 and £11.00 per hour. Required on an ongoing temporary basis working 36 hours per week to start ASAP. Duties to include driving of a minibus, possibly delivering light goods around the Bromley area, helping to tidy the depot, i.e. emptying bins, sweeping up etc. Must have a clean driving licence with a D1 provision. Vehicle will be provided by client.

Required -

St Paul's, Central London

Rate of pay: £9.00 per hour. Required throughout September and December to work either daytime (8am – 5pm) or evening shifts (6pm – 11pm or 6pm – midnight). The duties will include carpet cleaning, cleaning of washrooms, internal window and glass cleaning, desk cleaning etc. Would suit person(s) looking for additional income. All posts are subject to satisfactory DBS checks, credit checks and references.

  Reception / Support Staff -
Central London

Starting salary: £10 per hour. Required around all parts of Greater and Central London to support corporate reception desks with clients such as banks, law firms, insurance firms etc. Working hours are sociable and are normally between 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm and 9am – 6pm. The work can be sporadic and often will be to cover short or long term absence. Knowledge of ‘Condeco’ software is advantageous but not essential.


Managers -

South East London

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 plus commission. Required to manage a large portfolio of residential lettings properties in the South East/Greater London area.The ideal candidate must have excellent admin skills, be a team player, have ambition for career progression, have excellent communication and organisational skills and hold a full current UK driving licence with own vehicle. Both experienced and non-experienced candidates required.

  Front of House Coordinator -
Hayes, Middlesex

Salary: £10.50 per hour/ £22,000 per annum (40 hours per week). Require to coordinator meeting room sets ups and checks, provide customer service, assist with mailroom and facilities duties and generally assist with the smooth running of the front of house aspect of the business. Previous customer service and ideally previous mailroom experience required. 12 weeks temp to perm contract.

  Admin/PA Staff for Local Authorities -
London & South East

All grades of office staff required for various long term, temporary office vacancies with local authorities in Central London and the South East. Previous council experience is beneficial although is not essential. Pay scale is dependent on role/experience. These positions are suitable for both graduates and experienced council administrators and are available on both a part time and full time basis. Administrative Staff (Local Authorities) -
Kensington & Chelsea

Pay rates start at £10 per hour. Various levels of full time, temporary staff required in the Kensington & Chelsea region to work with the local council. Positions range from Business Support to Management levels to work in social care, housing, legal and environmental services.
Operatives -

Central London

Rate of pay: £8.50 - £9.75 per hour. Postal Operatives required in and around Central London to work with law firms, property developers, media companies and office blocks. The duties would include the sorting and distribution of mail around office buildings. Required on an ad hoc and full time basis.

Cleaners -

Central London

Rate of pay: £9.25 per hour.
Office cleaners required to work with a large, financial institution in Central London near St. Paul’s. The successful candidates would be required to work either an early morning or a late night shift (no later than midnight). A basic or standard DBS check would be required.


Clerk -


Basic salary: £17,000 - £18,000 per annum plus commission of £4.50 per appointment (OTE £22,000 - £25,000). To work with a very well established firm of estate agents. Duties to include: visiting rented homes, carrying out metre readings/general inspections and reporting on their condition around the S.E.London area. Candidate must be able to meet strict deadlines and work 2 out of 4 Saturdays per month. Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm. Minimum of 6 months experience required. Full UK driving licence required. Petrol, congestions and dart charges will be covered.
